Most jackets are manufactured in bulk, stored in warehouses, and sold in standard sizes. We believe there is a better way.
At The Denver Jackets, every order is made after you place it. You choose the style, select your size or provide custom measurements, and we craft your jacket specifically for you. This made-to-order approach allows us to deliver outerwear that offers a better fit, lasting quality, and greater attention to detail.

Depending on the product, we offer both genuine leather and premium faux leather options. The material used for each item is clearly specified on its individual product page, allowing you to make an informed purchase.

Production & Shipping
Every jacket is individually made after your order is confirmed.
Production typically requires 10 to 15 business days.
Once production is complete, orders are securely shipped through trusted international courier partners, including FedEx, DHL, or SkyNet. Delivery generally takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
All eligible orders include tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Are your jackets real leather or faux leather?
Both. You can pick real leather or our vegan faux leather on the styles that offer it. The real leather softens and ages well over time, and the faux leather gives you the same look with no animal hide. Just choose the one you want when you order.
How does custom sizing work?
If the standard XS to 6XL range does not fit you well, you can send us your own measurements and we make the jacket to those instead. Custom sizing is free. If you are not sure how to measure, message us and we will walk you through it.
How long will my order take?
Since every jacket is made fresh after you order it, most orders take a few weeks from start to finish. We keep you updated while your jacket is being made, so you always know where things stand.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. You get a confirmation email as soon as you order, updates while your jacket is being made, and a tracking number once it is packed and on its way to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers around the world. Your tracking number lets you follow the jacket all the way to your door.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your jacket has not gone into production yet, reach out and we can change or cancel it. Once we have started making it, changes get harder since it is being built to your order, so message us as soon as you can.
How do I look after my jacket?
Keep it on a padded hanger and away from direct heat and damp. Wipe real leather clean with a soft cloth and condition it now and then to keep it soft. For faux leather, a damp cloth is enough. Avoid washing machines and harsh cleaners on either one.
