Production begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed.

2. Orders & Payment

4. Order Cancellations
Because every product is made to order, production begins shortly after payment has been confirmed.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 40% of the order value, depending on the production stage.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Production typically requires 10 to 15 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of 3 to 5 business days.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
